The room offered great value for money, especially with the lovely terrace. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to the beach and the town center, as well as nearby attractions like Tulum, Akumal, and Puerto Morelos. I was also pleasantly surprised by Carafe Coffee Roasters nearby, which had delicious treats and drinks.

Simple accommodation, amicable staff, best possible location close to everything. Great value room with climate control, a safe, and a TV, and extremely comfy bed. Well-equipped bathroom with a bath. Location short walk to the collectivo bus stop to Tulum, and the beach and center. A good choice of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Spacious and clean room. Friendly and polite staff. Convenient location near beach and amenities. Reasonably comfortable bed. Short walk to local food stands.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel offers free breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which is a great bonus. the location is fantastic - very close to local attractions and a short walk from the beach. the room was adequately spacious.
The hotel was very old and worn down. the towels and sheets were stained and frayed, and the smell of cigarettes was pervasive throughout the room.

The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation, which makes it easy to explore the area. It's also within walking distance of the city center, with plenty of food stands nearby. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a decent amount of space and a functional bathroom.
The hotel falls short when it comes to customer service. the staff could be more welcoming and attentive to guests' needs.

The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and close to the bus station, which made it easy for us to get around the city. The friendly staff was a great bonus and always willing to help us with our needs. The room was also spacious and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.
The room we booked looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and the window looked out to a staircase, making it impossible to open for fresh air.
